Bergschaf wool is card-combed wool, 29 micron fiber tone, produced by Italy DHG.
In wet felting, it is used in the manufacture of bags, shoes, interior items and other products that are produced with the help of New Zealand carded wool for felting. It is considered to be shoe wool, as it is more elastic in the product, tangles less and wears out more slowly when used as shoes. It falls very quickly and well. It is easy and quick to spread, because, unlike New Zealand carded wool, it has a thick, uniform layer that gives a flat and dense surface.
